I started playing games at 5, which worried my mother. I was active in sports year round, and eventually progressed to varsity teams entering high school so she let me play my games as much as i wanted.
i remember my dad getting the brand new internet "56k modem" and i've been online since. there are few games i'm willing to play single player on, Final Fantasy's being one of em. My first online game was UO, age of empires, or a random MUD. I've typically rotated through all the genres, but with games like AoC am probably going to stickwith MMO's.
