New Guild Policy

We are a community. Disrupt the community and you get a /gkick. Keep your personal drama between players whether real life or otherwise out of the guild. If you involve the guild, the guild will make a decision resulting in /gkicks
I kick first and ask questions later. My goal is preserve the maturity of the community.
We're here to have fun and progress in this game. We won't hold your hand and we expect some self initiative to progress through lower end content.
Be prepared to listen and follow for raiding. If you pay attention and do what is told we won't spend long in the dungeon. No need to spend three hours somewhere when we can be done in one hour.
It is the policy of Black Serpent not to accept mergers. Either merging with another guild or merging another guild into ours. Any player is welcome to apply, but we will not mass absorb a group of people and lose our sense of community.
Zero exploiting (zilch, none) is allowed in the guild. This includes, but is not limited to taking advantage of a broken game mechanic that is not working as intended.
Being a member in the guild we rely on you to be who you are and not someone else. We are a casual guild and play at the pace you can manage your real life around. We will never frown on your for taking your time leveling, but we may have to crack jokes about it
